30A Monthly Rentals is the monthly-stay desk of a small independent team that publishes a family of 30A sites. We write for people measuring their corridor time in months: snowbirds, remote workers, and first-time trial winters. We publish under a team byline, with no invented staff, no stock-photo personas, and no pretend local characters.

The rules we hold

• We never print an invented rate, average, or discount percentage. Winter monthly pricing is negotiated home by home, so we teach the negotiation instead.
• Every stated rule names its operating authority with a link: the county clerk for the tourist tax, the state statute for the six month line, the county's tourism authority for access facts.
• No fabricated reviews, ratings, or testimonials, at any stage, for any reason.
• No fake urgency: no countdowns, no invented scarcity, no book-by-date theater.
• Season honesty: January and February are quiet and cool, and we say so plainly rather than promising temperatures we did not source.
• Pages are dated and bylined, and edits change the date.
